Piano Mania is an extraordinary musical evening celebrating the piano in all its forms and capabilities. It offers a unique experience, transitioning from a single piano four hands to eight pianos sixteen hands playing together in musical harmony. “The Egyptian Piano Ensemble” pianists from different generations are brought together by their love and passion for piano music. program includes excerpts from The Nutcracker and tangos for four pianos. The concert also includes a tribute to one of the most prominent Egyptian composers, the legendary Omar Khairat, celebrating his artistic career and notable contributions to Egyptian and Arabic music. The ensemble performs a medley of Omar Khairat compositions, specially arranged for eight pianos (sixteen hands). The concert concludes with a performance by the beloved Omar Khairat with his orchestra.
